Meet Aren Wolf
An instructor who advocates the practice of mindfulness and discernment through breathing, meditation and functional movement. Consequently, he enjoys facilitating the space for others to do the same.
Aren, like many of you, has lost his way from time-to-time, and no matter how daunting it may seem, love is always the guiding light. Therefore, his mission is to show others love is the only way.
Wolf Wellness is a space to explore movement, to build a relationship with the breath and to ultimately connect to the higher Self through love, compassion and gratitude.
